    • This connector uses a fiber through structure. All-metal fiber clamp. High-temperature resistance & high humidity resistance.

     Similarities between fiber through and pre-embedded connectors:

    Requires only normal fiber preparation tools: a fiber stripping tool, wipes and a fiber cleaver. No electrical power supply is needed.

     

    Differences between fiber through and pre-embedded connectors:

    The difference between fiber through type and pre-embedded fast connector is:

    Pre-embedded fast connector: there is a pre-polished fiber inside the connector, after you strip the fiber, you could insert the fiber into the connector until it touch the pre-embedded fiber.

     

    Fiber through type: There is no pre-polished fiber inside the connector, after you strip the fiber, you could insert the fiber into the connector up to the connector face.
